A physiotherapist will put together both a pre and post-surgical rehabilitation plan for an individual preparing for surgery.

Pre-Surgery Rehabilitation

Also known as "pre-hab", it is an individualized exercise-based intervention prescribed to patient to get their body as ready as possible before a challenging situation.

Post-Surgery Rehabilitation

After your surgery, it is important to help you get moving again. Our physiotherapist will teach you a pain management strategies and create an exercise plan for a faster recovery.
